Property Management

Our Property Management Program provides Mount Desert Island homeowners with savings on maintenance, repairs, and other services. In addition to regular property inspections, your Knowles Company property manager coordinates all maintenance and repairs and sees that work is completed in a timely fashion and billed correctly. For an additional fee, the property manager will also oversee special projects by gathering estimates, coordinating contractors' work and examining the completed project.

The Knowles Company can arrange a general building inspection of your property and work with you to develop a 5 to 10 year Maintenance Plan. Inspections are done by a licensed inspector of your choice.
