Great Room has a queen sleeper sofa facing the water, gas fireplace, flat screen cable tv with dvd, dining table to seat up to six and a second small dining area to seat up to four. Reading nook with gas fireplace and ocean views. Bathroom with shower only. Bedroom with Queen Bed and water views. Bedroom with set of Twin Beds.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Sun-drenched front deck with furniture and propane grill. Ample grassy area surrounding the house and easy gradual transition from the front lawn to the rocky/gravel beach. Two smaller side decks, one with gas grill. Bentwood Adirondack style chairs overlooking the bay. Small fire pit.
