Quarry Cove is a lovely home situated on the shores of Somes Sound and offers stunning views of the ocean and mountains, with a short walk through the sloped gardens to the water’s edge. Great for a large group, this bright, sun-filled home is traditionally furnished and provides lots of space for relaxing or entertaining. For boating enthusiasts, dock privileges and a mooring (for an outboard motorboat or small sailboat) are also available.

FIRST FLOOR: Sunny and open floor plan with combined Dining Area/Kitchen– both with stunning views of Somes Sound. Dining table seats eight to ten comfortably with additional seating at Island. Spacious Kitchen. Comfortable den with TV. Large Living Room with fireplace– great for entertaining, and offering views of Sound through adjacent glassed and screened-in Porch. Laundry Room. Half Bath.

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with Queen bed, view of Somes Sound, private waterfront deck, and private full Bath. Bedroom with two Twin beds and one Double bed, also with water views. Bedroom with two sets of bunk beds– the lower bunks being Full size. Another bedroom also with two sets of bunk beds– also Full size on lower bunks and with water views. Full Bath with tub and shower. Additional Bathroom with shower only.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Glassed-in Sun Room overlooking Somes Sound. Back deck perfect for grilling and eating meals, private Primary Bedroom deck, and front deck with water views. Paths meander through the gardens to the water, for easy kayak launching or a quick dip in the ocean!

EXTRAS: Ping pong table located in basement. Use of dock, shared with neighbors next door. Mooring available for additional fee of $35 per night or $200 per week. Please speak with agent to make arrangements for use of the mooring.
