Bedroom with Twin beds. Fourth Bedroom with Queen bed. Full bath with shower.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Large open deck with furnishings faces harbor and beyond. Note: with its limited rails and waterside location, first floor deck is not suitable for toddlers. Second floor balcony off family room also overlooks harbor.

NOTE: This cottage has access to pier and dock which is located right off the dock. If you wish to bring a boat, moorings are available for an additional fee and are based on availability and size of boat.

EXTRAS: Parking for two cars, possibly three upon request. Access to the pier and dock is available but children must be accompanied by an adult and children under 13 MUST wear a life jacket while on the pier or dock. If you bring your own boat, a public launching ramp is located just down the street. Docking on Manset Yacht Service docks is allowed with advance notice to the yard and is for loading and unloading only. Boats can not be left unattended.
