FIRST FLOOR: Entry into Kitchen. Open Dining and Living area with stone fireplace and water views overlooking Somes Sound. Living Room also offers plenty of comfy seating. Dining table for four, and kitchen bar with four stools. Two Bedrooms, each offering a Queen bed. Full Bathroom with shower only. One bedroom with ocean view.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Large deck with furniture, grill, fire-pit, picnic table and wonderful views of Somes Sound.

EXTRAS: The dock may be used to pick up or drop off guests, but your boat will need to be moored at night. Use of mooring for boats up to 36' long.
