All of Mount Desert Island's amenities, Acadia National Park and other island villages are within easy driving distance. FIRST FLOOR: Large wrap around covered deck leads to front entry and hallway through to another deck overlooking the pond. To the left, the entry opens to well equipped Kitchen with all updated appliances, granite counters and bar seating for two. Dining Room, with table that seats eight comfortably, and Living Room with lovely gas fireplace, offer pretty water views. Den with plenty of comfy furnishings, large-screen TV and water views. Side entrance to spacious Mud Room. Half Bath.

SECOND FLOOR: Master Bedroom with showcase King bed, views of the lake, and private full Bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Laundry area off master bedroom. Bedroom with Queen bed and full Bath with combined tub and shower off hallway. Cozy Office space with nice water views, also perfect for reading.

THIRD FLOOR: Off the stairway to the right is a bedroom with Queen bed. Shared full Bath with combined tub and shower off hall. Across from bedroom is an open Sitting area with daybed/trundle that leads to another bedroom with a Queen sleigh bed and water views.

BASEMENT AND OUTDOOR SPACES: Partially finished basement offers an exercise room with sofa and TV. Newly built "The Treehouse" offers one full and two single beds. Beautifully maintained lawn and flower gardens with stone walkways. Enclosed Pool House with lap pool. Large covered side and back decks, and deck overlooking the pond, all with furnishings, propane grill, and Chiminea outdoor fireplace. Bocce court, hammock, outdoor shower and dock with rowboats and kayak for tenants to use on the pond.
