FIRST FLOOR: The main entrance leads to the left into the Dining Room with seating for 8, which leads to an updated Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. To the right of the front door is the main Living Room with TV and comfortable furnishings. On this level is also a Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and private entrance into a semi-private full Bathroom with combined Tub and Shower and second door allowing access for others from the hallway.

SECOND FLOOR: Two Bedrooms with a Set of Twin Beds in each and two Bedrooms with a Queen Bed in each share a Bathroom with combined Tub and Shower. This bathroom is also where the laundry facilities are located.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Rear deck with outdoor dining and propane grill enhances the outdoor spaces of this tvillage property.

NOTE: Please ask agent about the status of construction taking place during the 2020 season. Rental rates have been reduced and stays less than a full week are being permitted due to the building of another dwelling situated close to this house taking place. About this area:

Mt. Desert Island's second largest village, Southwest Harbor, features a charming Main Street with an appealing assortment of shops and restaurants. The neighboring village of Manset, which is along the southern shore of the harbor, tends to be rural in nature but features a number of excellent restaurants and boatyards, including Hinckley Yacht Yard and Morris Yachts, both of which boast an international reputation. If Bar Harbor is the 'gateway' to Acadia, Southwest Harbor is the gateway to Acadia's westside trails and attractions, including Seawall, Ship's Harbor, and Echo Lake, all between five and eight minutes from the village center.



Nicely renovated older home that retained some period features like wide pine floors. All in all a great location- walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bakery, and easy access to Acadia National Park. Plenty of room for family with 6 bedrooms and 2 living spaces. Convenient laundry in 2nd floor bathroom which was great since we had small child and a newborn with us. Our dog loved lying on the deck & walking around the yard. We enjoyed our week and hope to stay at Blueberry Ledge again.
