Kitty Barbee

Kitty Barbee joined the Knowles Company in 2020, became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2023 and a minority owner of The Knowles Company in 2025.  Along with her leadership role at Knowles, she is the owner of Barbee Business Services and a partner at NorthEast Tax Services. Kitty holds a BS in Business Management with a concentration in accounting.

Her professional background also includes several years in economic development, where she managed an $8 million lending portfolio for small businesses.

Outside of work, Kitty is passionate about travel, embracing new cultures and perspectives. On weekends, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and connecting with friends and family.
