Lorraine DeVaux

Marketing Director linkedin

For Lorraine, marketing has always been about helping people understand information, connect, and make confident decisions.

Throughout her career, she has helped businesses communicate more clearly, strengthen their brands, and build meaningful relationships with the people they serve. Her work spans real estate, homebuilding, franchising, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses, bringing together strategic thinking, creative design, and operational excellence to help organizations grow.

Before joining The Knowles Company, Lorraine served as Director of Marketing & Operations for a rapidly expanding national franchise, where she built the company’s marketing department from the ground up while developing many of the systems, processes, and training programs that supported its nationwide growth. Earlier in her career, she led marketing for one of New England’s largest real estate organizations, supporting hundreds of REALTORS®, multiple offices, and several affiliated companies throughout the region.

While Lorraine works behind the scenes rather than directly with buyers and sellers, she is passionate about giving Knowles agents the tools, technology, and marketing support they need to provide an exceptional client experience. Whether developing a brand strategy, designing a listing presentation, implementing new technology, or creating systems that make agents’ lives easier, her goal is always the same: to elevate the client experience and help others succeed.

Lorraine earned her degree in Interior Design from Newbury College and holds the Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation—the National Association of Home Builders’ highest residential marketing certification.

Beyond her professional career, Lorraine previously founded and served as President of Blueprints of Love, a volunteer-driven nonprofit dedicated to transforming bedrooms for children facing life-threatening illnesses, bringing together designers, donors, and community volunteers to create spaces filled with comfort, imagination, and hope.

Originally from Massachusetts, Lorraine also spends much of her time in Wells, Maine. She enjoys traveling, live music, photography, exploring New England’s coastal communities, and discovering the unique character that makes every town feel like home.
