Mackenzie Webb

Mackenzie fell in love with Maine while spending summers at her family’s bed and breakfast during childhood. A Colorado native, she is no stranger to small town life and cold climates. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication and Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.

After graduating, Mackenzie moved to Austin, Texas, where she built her career in advertising. During her time there, she and her childhood best friend took a leap of faith by leaving their jobs to pursue a lifelong dream of traveling the world. Over six months, they explored more than 20 countries.

Inspired by those experiences, Mackenzie realized she wanted a more personal, people centered path than traditional city office life. She returned to Bar Harbor, the town that had captured her heart years before, and made it her home in the winter of 2024.

Mackenzie joined the Knowles team in spring 2026 as an Online Marketing Agent, where she combines her background in advertising with a genuine passion for hospitality to create meaningful connections with clients and guests.

In her free time, you can find Mackenzie exploring Acadia, cooking breakfast at her family’s bed and breakfast, or collecting sea glass along the shore at low tide.
