Situated at the end of a private driveway with few visible neighbors, this recently built “cabin” leaves rustic living behind while creating a comforable lodge feel for your stay. Relax on the wide deck overlooking the water, take a brisk swim in lovely Somes Sound, or explore any of the nearby hiking trails of Acadia Mountain, St. Sauveur or Beech Mountain, all within a short drive away. Village centers for shopping, dining, and groceries are between ten and fifteen minutes’ drive from this location.

FIRST FLOOR: Enter from the parking area to an open Living/Dining/Kitchen space with views to the water. Living area includes comfortable seating, Dining Table that seats six comfortably, and opens to a Kitchen with all new appliances. Two Bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed, are located off the main living area and share a Full Bath with combined Tub and Shower between them.

SECOND FLOOR: Lofted to below, the second floor features an open sleeping space, with a Queen Bed and small sitting area to the north end, and Twin Beds to the south end. A Half Bath is situated between the sleeping areas.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Accessed from a French door in the Living Area, a wrap-around furnished deck across the front of the house looks east and south across Somes Sound towards the mountains beyond. Sloping lawn leads to outdoor seating and fire pit as well as the rocky shore below, accessed by stairs or footpath.
