Our stay was great, it is an old property with an amazing location and waterfront views. We heard the guests in the house and they were courteous and not too loud. Everything was great and Nikki in the rental office helped us out when we had locked ourselves out of the apartment. We would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was organized but randomly unclean. There was old food dried on the dishwasher, mouse poop on the counters, and empty used items laying around (empty container of Lysol wipes, empty package of wet wipes, empty bottle of listerine), and stained towels. Aside from the empty items laying around, the master bathroom was very clean. Guest bathroom did not feel quite as clean. Lots of spiders around the apartment. Location is good and view is great.

Love the apartment. This is the fourth time the family has rented it. The location was perfect as is the view and charm. We loved the new sofa and chairs. The kitchen is o.k.
