FIRST FLOOR: Entrance from the back of the driveway into the “Pine Room,” a large TV room with cathedral ceiling, TV, and plenty of comfy seating. From there, a cozy Living Room offers a working fireplace and more formal seating. Just beyond the Living Room is a comfortable Bedroom with Queen Bed. A walk-through “Reading Room” offers an additional gathering spot for games or a quiet corner to read, and leads into a fully renovated Kitchen with high end appliances including double oven, induction cooktop, separate refrigerator and freezer, and more. This space opens to the back towards a large Dining area with table that seat six to ten comfortably overlooking the back yard. Off the kitchen is a small office area, small half-bath, and laundry area with coffee station, and a Full Bath with stall shower which serves the first floor bedroom or as an additional bath for those sleeping on the second floor.

SECOND FLOOR: Stairs lead from the Living Room to four bedrooms, three of which feature a Queen bed, and one with twin beds. A shared Full Bath with combined Tub and Shower serves these four bedrooms along with the Full Bath on the first floor.
