With attractive furnishings and artwork throughout, elevated deck, and AC via a mini-split heat pump in the living room, this home is a delightfully comfortable retreat!

FIRST FLOOR: Entry leads to a combined Dining and Living Room with plenty of space for entertaining or enjoying a quiet read by the fire. This magnificent room features a dining table that seats four to six, tall arched windows, cathedral ceiling, and many unique and interesting architectural details. Step up to the cozy living area with fireplace and enjoy the views! A galley style kitchen off the dining area is small, but functional. Note that the dishwasher and refrigerator are slightly smaller than standard sizes, but get the job done. Doors from the Living Room lead to a fabulous deck with comfortable furnishings, umbrella, dining table, and westerly views towards Northeast Harbor’s marina and hills beyond. Down a short hall beyond the Living Area are two bedrooms: one with a Queen Bed and access across the hall to a Full Bath with shower stall and stackable washer/dryer, and one with Twins and en suite Full Bath with walk-in shower.

SECOND FLOOR: Gracious staircase leads to a second floor Primary Bedroom with Queen bed with cozy sitting nook for TV watching or relaxing next to the Palladian style window overlooking the ledge and woods behind the house. En suite Full Bath with shower stall.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Fabulous deck off the Living Room and front covered porch, both with comfortable furnishings. Stone steps lead to a “shade garden” with a sweet and simple sitting area for enjoying the granite outcroppings and natural wooded surroundings. Foot paths network back towards Thuya Gardens, from which one can access Acadia National Park trails.
