LOWER LEVEL: Walkout basement area features a Bedroom with Queen futon. Bathroom with shower only and washer and dryer. Living and dining area with wet bar, wood stove, futon sofa bed and sliding glass doors to outside, with wooded views to the water.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Wraparound deck with picnic like furnishings overlooking woods and pond.

BUNKHOUSE: Just a few steps up a short path behind the main cabin, a detached bunkhouse without kitchen, bathroom facilities, or WiFi offers a rustic sleeping space with a Queen-sized bunk bed.

EXTRAS: Tenants have use of a canoe, kayak and private dock provided all US Coast Guard rules regarding life jackets and personal floatation devices are followed.

Long Pond is the largest freshwater pond on Mt. Desert Island and serves as the reservoir to the village of Southwest Harbor. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are popular activities on this lovely lake just west of Somesville.
