Be within walking distance to all of Bar Harbor’s shops, restaurants and attractions, and Acadia National Park entrances are just minutes away by car.  The Island Explorer free bus service pick-up is just a short walk down the street at the Village Green.  It’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing!

FIRST FLOOR:  From the covered front Porch step into a small foyer leading to the Den (with window A/C unit) and adjoining Living Room with leather sectional sofa and flat screen smart television. Dining Room with seating for eight. Lovely renovated Kitchen with granite counters, beautiful cabinetry and raised granite bar with additional seating for three people. Sliders to back patio with gas grill, privacy fencing and fire pit. Half Bath with washer/dryer and laundry area. All bamboo flooring.

SECOND FLOOR:  Two Bedrooms with a Queen bed and ceiling fan in each (one with window A/C unit) and a third Bedroom with a set of Bunk Beds (Double bed in photos of this room is no longer in place) share a Full Bath with shower only. The fourth bedroom is the Primary Bedroom with King bed, skylight, ceiling fan, A/C window unit and private Full Bath with glassed in shower. Step through the sliding door onto a small sitting Deck for your morning coffee.

OUTDOOR SPACES: A relaxing covered Porch with furnishings. Back deck with gas grill overlooks small back yard with Patio and furnishings. Fire pit with chairs. Very small Deck off Primary Bedroom with two chairs.
