Within 10 minutes’ drive to Jackson Labs, 15 minutes to MDI Hospital and Bar Harbor’s village center. FIRST FLOOR: Entry from the driveway to a Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and electric range. Large living room with wall-to-wall carpeting with an attractive architectural arch defining the space. Also in this space is an electric fireplace and wide screen TV. The formal front door opens to a three-season room, enclosed in glass for warmth in the winter and with screens for cooling in the summer. Dining Room with table and six chairs (can be removed if preferred). From the Dining Room, a door to the basement leads to a good sized storage area with laundry facilities. Off the Kitchen, a Full Bath with shower includes a small storage/linen closet area.
SECOND FLOOR: Carpeted stairs lead to four Bedrooms (two front, two at back) that feature nicely finished floors, built-in closets and/or shelving. At the end of the hall is a Shared Full Bath with combined tub and shower. A drop-down attic ladder leads to an attic space for storage if needed.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Fully fenced in yard, safe for play. Off-street parking for one to two cars. Side deck overlooking driveway.

The village of Seal Harbor has many attributes, including proximity to Northeast and Bar Harbor, a lovely hillside overlooking the quiet harbor and a well-protected public beach. The community abuts Acadia National Park, a significant portion of which was donated by Seal Harbor resident John D. Rockefeller. The Park Loop Road, the Wildwood Riding Stables, historic Jordan Pond House, and the many carriage roads around Day Mountain, Little Long Pond, the Bubbles, and Jordan Pond, are all easily accessible from the village.
