FIRST FLOOR: Informal entry from the driveway leads to a laundry area that opens to a well equipped eat-in Kitchen with pretty water views and table that seats six, eight in a pinch. Living Room with vaulted slanted ceiling, curving windows overlooking the water, and plenty of comfortable seating focused around the granite fireplace. From the Living Room, the Primary Bedroom with King Bed and en suite Full Bath with jet tub and handheld shower. From the Bedroom, enter the curving Library which leads to Bedroom with Queen Bed and shared Full Bath with tub and shower across the hall. On the opposite end of the house, adjacent to the Kitchen is a third Bedroom with Trundle Bed and Shared Full Bath with shower stall. This bedroom is suitable for children or single adults. Note that the interior window separating this bedroom from the Kitchen can be shaded for privacy.

OUTDOOR SPACES: A terrace accessed from both the Kitchen and Living Room offers outdoor seating for relaxing among the towering pines or dining outside. Paths thread throughout the woods, one leading to a hot tub, nestled among the mature trees and overlooking Seal Harbor’s marina.

NOTE: Driveway and some of the grounds (but not the hot tub) are shared with the Guest House next door, suitably distanced from the Main House to maintain a sense of privacy.
