Take the kayak and canoe provided to explore this pretty two mile pond on your own, with plenty of loons, fish and wildlife to take in as well. Walk the garden paths down to the shore with over 200′ of lake frontage and dock for easy access to swimming, boating, fishing and sunbathing. Acadia National Park and the town of Bar Harbor are just 25 minutes away, and Southwest Harbor with shops, restaurants, and a food market is within a ten minute drive. With comfortable and cozy interiors, well equipped kitchen, and large stone hearth fireplace, this is the perfect spot for a family or couples!

FIRST FLOOR: Spacious well-equipped Kitchen including electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. Combined Dining area with picture window and Living Room with three sliding glass doors to large deck. Dining Room includes a table that can seat six and cozy Living Room features a cathedral ceiling with fan, and a grand stone fireplace for chilly evenings, or just roasting marshmallows. Primary Bedroom with Queen bed, sliding doors to private screened porch with swing, chair and access to deck. Private full Bath with shower only. Bedroom with Twin beds. Bedroom with Twin beds (can be pushed together to make king). Shared full Bath with shower only. Separate laundry/mud room off Kitchen.

SECOND FLOOR: Open lofted area with Queen bed and sofa overlooks Dining/Living Room (please note, stairs are very steep).

OUTDOOR SPACES: Large deck with plenty of outdoor furnishings and garden paths. Gas grill.
