Perched on a rocky bluff overlooking Duck Cove with south and westerly views looking to the open ocean and distant offshore island, this sweet “camp” offers a peaceful spot for you to truly unplug. Open layout, fabulous decks, and creative outdoor sitting areas all add up to what everyone thinks off when you the words “a cottage in Maine” are spoken! Southwest Harbor’s village center is a 10-minute drive. Close to Acadia’s Quiet Side trails and Seawall’s stunning shore, not to mention Bass Harbor’s Swans Island ferry, which offers a great off-island adventure!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the elevated decks and bold shorefront, this setting is not appropriate for small children.

FIRST FLOOR: Open Living and Kitchen with dining table that seats four to six overlooking the ocean. Front door opens to a furnished deck with charcoal grill. Living Room offers comfortable seating an TV for streaming. Although the fireplace is not safe to use, an oil-fired hot air furnace keeps the entire house comfortable for off-season. Bedroom with Twin Beds and Bedroom with Queen Bed and small TV for streaming share a Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Primary Bedroom with Queen Bed, private en suite Full Bath with shower stall, and sliding doors to deck and views of water. Laundry closet in hall with stacked high end washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Multiple outdoor decks and sitting areas to soak up the panoramic views! Surrounded by tall fir and spruce, moss covered granite ledge, and naturally landscpaed spaces. Shoreline is primarily ledge with a shale and cobblestone beach appropriate for launching a kayak.
