Enjoy easy access to several Acadia National Park entrances around the Island for lots of hiking, biking on the carriage roads, and boating activities make this location more special than most. SECOND FLOOR: Stairs from the entry lead to the second floor, which serves as the primary living/sleeping space. Centered around a grand Living/Dining space with lofted ceilings and open Kitchen, guests can be gathered comfortably for meal prep and relaxing. Two Bedrooms are also on this floor: one with Queen bed and the other with Twin beds. A Full Bathroom with soaking tub, separate custom tiled shower, and water closet. All rooms have dimmable overhead lighting, lovely furnishings, and charming decorative details. Plenty of windows on the water side of the Dining Room bring in light and offer views out to the water. French doors from the living/dining area lead to an elevated furnished deck with views of the cove through the trees. The dining table seats up to eight people comfortably.

FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs, the first floor living space includes a spacious Den with TV and French doors leading to the covered porch. From the covered porch, enjoy access to a fantastic outdoor Kitchen with picnic styled seating in a three-seasoned space to keep cool breezes in and bugs out. Spacious Bedroom with two Double beds, French doors to the covered porch, and appealing water views of Duck Cove. Full Bath with walk in tiled shower. Laundry is also located in this area.

OUTDOOR SPACES: With plenty of designated outdoor spaces, this property draws one outside to enjoy the surrounding woods and shoreline in a variety of ways! A small elevated deck off the second floor, a covered porch that provides cooling shade, and a lower deck for evenings or late night stargazing all feature comfortable furnishings and plenty of space to relax. Paths lead to a cozy fire-pit and to the water’s edge, as well as a spot for ocean front dining, hammock, bench swing and more. Enjoy cocktails while listening to the tide wash up on the rocks, or build a fire and roast marshmallows! This home also offers a wonderful private dock where you can sunbathe, enjoy your morning coffee, or launch your boat into the water and go for a paddle.
