These two properties provide a convenient way to explore Mt. Desert Island’s village centers without having to cope with parking!

EDGEWOOD:
FIRST FLOOR: Although most people enter through the Kitchen door at the back of the house, the main entrance opens to a welcoming foyer. To the left is a roomy Living Room with a gorgeous, showcase granite fireplace. To the right, a Dining Room with seating for up to eight. Updated farmhouse style Kitchen with adjacent Laundry area and back entry. Also on this floor is a Full Bath with shower stall.

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom 1 with Queen Bed and water views. Bedroom 2 with Double Bed. Bedroom 3 with Twin Beds, and Bedroom 4 with a single bed and water views. Full Bath with clawfoot tub and afterthought shower.

FIRST FLOOR: Open Living/Dining/Kitchen area with lofted ceiling and painted shiplap paneling create a bright and welcoming spot with sectional sofa, table for two, and fully equipped Kitchen (note no dishwasher). Full Bath with shower stall. Bedroom with King Bed that can be converted to Twins. Mini-split heat pump provides AC throughout for hotter days and heat to take off the chill.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Shared yard and lawn space with neighboring Edgewood, with mature woods surrounding. A gently sloping lawn surrounds the property with shrubbery serving as a buffer between the home and the road. A “secret” path that networks to Jordan Pond House trails and Carriage Roads is just behind this property! Be sure to explore!
