This home’s front covered porch provides a sun-soaked spot for a morning cup of tea, or a breezy retreat in the heat of the day. Able to accommodate a large group comfortably, this home’s living spaces offer a wonderful place to gather and entertain.

FIRST FLOOR: Large Living Room with fireplace and access to covered porch. Formal Dining Room with wood stove insert and electric wall heat with doors leading to covered porch. Small, casual Kitchen with access to both the formal dining room and the porch dining area outside. Half bathroom. Laundry Room.

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with water view, King bed and fireplace with private full bath that offers electric heat and a clawfoot tub and handheld sprayer. Bedroom Double bed and water views. Bedroom with three single beds and a fireplace enjoys water views and private use of large and sunny upper deck – the perfect place for reading and sunbathing! Bath with shower stall. Bedroom with Queen bed and private Bath with tub and afterthought shower adjoins a small Bedroom with with double bed. Hallway Bathroom with shower only.

THIRD FLOOR: Two Bedrooms with a total of 5 single older beds. This upper floor can can get very warm.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Covered porch across front of house with fantastic views offers a fabulous outdoor dining area at one end. With seating for 8 to 10, this area can be used in all sorts of weather conditions. Glass windows on two sides and a pull-down patio enclosure offer protection on a cool windy day. The ping pong table is also sure to be a hit!

GUEST STUDIO: A relaxed and rustic cabin set below the main house. Large, open living space with painted wood floors, bench seating and fireplace. Modest Kitchen with apartment sized stove, microwave and fridge. Mud room with single bed. Bedroom with twin beds. Bedroom with queen. Full Bathroom with tub and shower. No TV, but the wonderful open deck with charcoal grill is great for lounging or grilling after a day of hiking the nearby trails.
