Step directly from your front door onto a trail networking with Acadia National Park’s trails to climb lovely Eliot Mountain and beyond!

FIRST FLOOR: Large Living Room with fireplace and access to covered porch. Semi formal Dining Room with wood stove insert and electric blower to remove the chill on cold days. Doors leading to covered porch. Small, informal Kitchen with access to both the dining room and the porch dining area outside. Half bathroom. Laundry Room.

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with water view, King bed and private full bath with a clawfoot tub and handheld sprayer. Bedroom with Queen bed and water views. Bedroom with King bed and one Single bed enjoys water views and private use of large and sunny upper deck – the perfect place for reading, sunbathing, or star gazing! Full Bath with shower stall only located in hall. Bedroom with Queen bed and private Bath with tub and afterthought shower adjoins a small Bedroom with with Double bed.

THIRD FLOOR: Two Bedrooms with a total of 6 older Twin beds. This upper floor can can get very warm. Please note that there is no second egress from the third floor, but both bedrooms are equipped with an emergency ladder beneath window spaces.

DETACHED CABIN: Small rustic bunk house just steps away from the main house with Twin beds, perfect for teens or young adults needing a little extra space!

OUTDOOR SPACES: Access to the trails of Acadia. Covered porch across front of house with fantastic views offers a fabulous outdoor dining area at one end. With seating for 8 to 10, this area can be used in all sorts of weather conditions. Glass windows on two sides and a pull-down patio enclosure offer protection on a cool windy day. The ping pong table is also sure to be a hit!
