FIRST FLOOR: Front entry leads to large sunny Living Room with fireplace and flat screen TV. Dining Room with table that seats four to six comfortably. Kitchen with small breakfast nook that seats four. Door to renovated basement where a washer and dryer are located as well as a half bath. NOTE: A shower is also located in the basement, but is currently used as drainage for the dehumidifier and is not suitable for bathing.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom with Twin beds (can be made into a King) and pretty water views. Bedroom with Twin beds. Primary Bedroom with King bed and water views. Shared Full Bath with combined tub and shower.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Covered front porch with furnishings overlooking Gilpatrick Cove. Lovely sitting areas in adjacent garden area with fire pit and comfortable furnishings.
