FIRST FLOOR: Large stepping stones lead onto a covered porch entry. Combined Living, Dining, and Kitchen area with TV and comfortable seating. Dining table seats six. Bedroom 1 with Queen Bed. Shared Full Bath with shower stall.

LOWER LEVEL: Stairs lead down to a walk-out lower level that includes a Den with pull-out sofa, TV and a large table suitable for game night, puzzles, or working station. Half Bath. Laundry. Bedroom 2 with Queen and sliders leading to back yard terraces.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Accessed from a sliding door in the Living room, a large, furnished deck with picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and a charming live edge bench is a bright and welcoming spot to enjoy this rural setting. A fire pit is just off the main deck. Professional landscaping with natural plantings, as well as mature pine and spruce woods surround the property.
