A perfect combination of privacy and a central location, Gulls Rock is within easy walking distance to the Fleet, Clifton Dock and the village. The interiors are elegant, fresh and updated, and almost every room offers spectacular water views. Relax on the expansive furnished porch or spend time in the remodeled kitchen with Viking appliances, flat screen television and ocean views. The private rocky beach is only a short walk down a path through beautifully landscaped grounds. Gull’s Rock will be a destination to return to year after year.

FIRST FLOOR: Light filled foyer with staircase to the second floor. Den seating areas and writing desk. Formal Living Room with views, large screen TV, multiple seating areas and French doors to furnished porch. Formal Dining room with views, table to seat up to 14 and French doors to porch. Powder Room. Renovated sunny Kitchen with views, marble countertops, three sinks, Viking appliances including a 6-burner gas stove and a double oven, fireplace, flat screen television, pantry. Glassed in Sun room with breakfast table to seat up to 10. Door from Kitchen to outside leading to propane grill, gardens, and set of stairs leading down to Bunkhouse.

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with King Bed and en suite Full Bath with separate tub and glass shower stall. A second Primary Bedroom with King Bed, door to balcony. Shared Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Flanking the two central Primary Bedrooms are the West and East Wings which can each be closed off to the central hallway. The West Wing includes a Bedroom with Queen Bed and a Bedroom with King Bed. These bedrooms share a Full Bath with tub only and handheld shower attachment. The East Wing features a small Bedroom with Trundle Bed and a small Bedroom with Double Bed and share a Full Bath with glassed in Shower. Back staircase leads to Kitchen below. Laundry area with front loading washer and dryer.

THIRD FLOOR: Bedroom with King Bed, large closet, and water views. Bedroom with Queen Bed, water views. Between these two bedrooms is a Shared Full Bath with Shower.

BUNKHOUSE: Accessed from an exterior staircase off the Kitchen, the Bunkhouse features a Living Room with kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker and microwave only. Bedroom with Two sets of Bunk Beds. Bedroom with Double Bed. Bathroom with shower only. The Bunkhouse has a campy feel and is great for tweens, teens, or those who need a little additional space.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Covered furnished porch with ocean views. Landscaped grounds. Sloped lawn on the front of the house leads to a footpath to private cobblestone beach.
