We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was the perfect setting for a family get-together. Thanks for helping us with all the arrangements. If we have a return visit in the future, we will definitely be booking through Knowles.
Hayward Camp was the perfect spot for us – we fell in love with the house and the location. I don’t think we could have found a better place.
We did have to watch out for the troll who was sometimes under the walkway to the dock, but each time Big Bobby (the biggest goat) was able to send the troll flying out to the Disappearing Island. There might have been Gramma and Grampa trolls and baby trolls still under the walkway, but they were no problem.
The house and views were wonderful! It was large enough to allow privacy when wanted but had great common areas, as well. The house was well-equipped and had every type of cooking utensil or pan we could need. Plus, the “tin room” was a treasure trove of things that you didn’t even know you needed.
