SECOND FLOOR: To take advantage of the incredible views (really – the winter photos do not do them justice!), the primary living spaces are on the second floor of this home with a roomy living area with comfortable seating, wide screened TV, sliders to the furnished deck, and dining area with table that seats four. A full kitchen, open to the dining area, offers updated appliances (new stove anticipated for the 2026 season) and keeps the cook in the conversation in the surrounding living space. OUTDOOR SPACES: Sliders on both levels lead to separate decks overlooking the view. Both decks have furnishings, including table and chairs for outdoor dining (not pictured). Note the upper deck has the ability to close off the stairway with a gate to keep children and pets safe and contained as needed. Side yard area is gently sloped and has a small seasonal stream running through.
