FIRST FLOOR: Enter through the screened porch to a Kitchen with updated appliances. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a Bedroom with Queen bed. Shared Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Combined Living and Dining area with table that seats 4 to 6, large screened TV, and new sofa with queen sized sofa bed, and pellet stove for cooler days. Anticipated for the 2026 season, mini-split AC/Heating units will keep things cool on warmer days.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom with Queen Bed and Bedroom with Double Bed share a Half Bath in the hall.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Fantastic screened in porch is likely to be your principal hang-out spot with table for dining. Note: woodstove featured in photos is not available for tenant use. The house is surrounded by expansive, level lawn, perfect for play and relaxation! Lamoine Beach Road has semi-regular traffic, but this home is set far enough back from the road that you will still enjoy a sense of privacy and quiet, particularly in the evenings.
