FIRST FLOOR: Entry with mudroom opens to a spacious, combined Living and Dining space with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, dining table that seats 6-8. To the right, a large Primary Bedroom with Queen Bed and an en suite Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Towards the back of the house and to the left of the living area is a charming kitchen with table that seats 4 and recently updated appliances. Door to backyard with outdoor seating, small porch, and loosely tended flower beds with a mix of wildflowers and perennials.

SECOND FLOOR: Stairs in the front hall lead to three Bedrooms. Bedroom 2 and 3 each have a Double bed. Bedroom 4 is a large open space with a King bed. All three bedrooms share a recently renovated Full Bath with combined tub and shower. An additional Sun Porch features a comfortable sofa-bed.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Protected yard surrounding the house. Some outdoor furnishings for relaxing outside. Off-street parking for one to two cars.
