FIRST FLOOR: Entry leads to a Living Room with ceiling fan, fireplace, TV, and sliding door to the waterside deck. Galley-style Kitchen with table that seats two. Bedroom with Queen bed and ceiling fan. Full Bath with shower stall. Laundry Room.

LOWER LEVEL: Lower level with doors to the ground level patio and a small Sitting Room with Twin Sofa bed and door for privacy.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Waterside deck with furnishings overlooking wonderful Long Pond. Gas grill in back on driveway. Dock at water’s edge. Stone steps lead into the pond.

About this area

Long Pond is the largest freshwater pond on Mt. Desert Island and serves as the reservoir to the village of Southwest Harbor. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are popular activities on this lovely lake just west of Somesville. Southwest Harbor’s village center is approximately fifteen minutes away, and major park entrances are between ten and twenty minutes’ drive.
