A spacious Kitchen offers an island with bar stools and plenty of modern amenities without sacrificing its traditional charm. Pass through a Mud Room with Laundry Area and Half Bath to get to the furnished patio and back yard.

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with Queen bed and private Bathroom with spacious shower and large separate soaking tub. Off the hall are three additional Bedrooms with a Queen in each that share a hallway Bathroom with combined tub and shower. All bedrooms enjoy plenty of sun and at the top of the stairs sits a nice sized desk with phone and printer.

PATIO and YARD: A covered back Patio with furnishings offers a cool, shady spot to relax. Those who enjoy more warmth won’t be disappointed, however. The nicely maintained lawn edged with privacy trees enjoys plenty of sun and space to play.
