Mill Cove is the perfect spot for a family summer getaway. You’ll start to relax as soon as you pull into the driveway and see the water’s edge welcoming you home. Located on the Union River Bay in Trenton, the house is a 10 minute drive (6 miles) from the head of Mount Desert Island and only 30 minutes to the village of Bar Harbor.

Escape the summer heat on the water, kayak and swim in front of the house, and cozy up to the fire pit in the evening as you watch the sun set over the bay – all while being able to visit Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, just a short drive away. Ellsworth’s historic Main Street for shopping and dining are close by too!

FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen looks out to the dining area and living room with bay window water views. Kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space to prepare family meals. Primary Bedroom with King bed has en-suite private bath with walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms, one with Queen bed and one with a Double bed, share a full bath with walk-in shower. Deck off the dining area for easy access to the grill. A large sun porch provides lots of natural light with pretty views of the water.

LOWER LEVEL: Open, unfinished basement provides plenty of space for games, storage, and includes a ping-pong table with access to the front lawn and water.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Large lawn wraps around the home, with a picturesque brook emptying into the bay. The water side of the house has a firepit, picnic table, and corn hole lawn game. Two kayaks available for tenant use with adult sized life jackets.
