This was an absolutely perfect rental property. We had our family of four–our kids are in their early 20’s. The house was clean and perfectly appointed–with things like coffee filters and laundry detergent so you felt right at home. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the bathrooms on the newer side. The view of the water was spectacular. We would return here in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything!
Moot Point was an AMAZING property, and was such a perfect fit for a family with 2 young children (ages 6 and 8). Our kids LOVED the huge yard, and the private beach area. We could not have picked a better house.

We’re just back from a fabulous week at Moot Point. It’s a beautiful property: clean, fresh, well appointed with everything you might need, and well located in Trenton, just across the bridge from MDI. It’s quiet, perfect for star gazing and watching the changing tides. It also served as a great jumping off point for exploring the environs, from Deer Isle to West Quoddy Head.
