FIRST FLOOR: Entry opens to a grand Living Room with showcase stone fireplace and roomy Dining Area with table that easily seats ten or more. Kitchen features high end appliances, separate Pantry, walk-through Butler’s Pantry, and massive center island with counter seating for four.

SECOND FLOOR: Grand staircase leads to three Bedrooms: two Bedrooms each feature a Queen bed and en suite Full Bath with custom walk-in shower and heated towel rack. Small Office with TV and en suite Full Bath with combined jet tub and shower. Spacious Primary Bedroom with King Bed, TV, doors to balcony overlooking the backyard, and en suite Full Bath with double vanity, heated towel racks, walk-in shower, and water closet. This bedroom also features his and hers walk-in closets, and a Second Office space with desk.

PENTHOUSE: Stairs from the second floor lead to the “Penthouse” which features an additional Living Space with TV, propane fireplace, small kitchenette and dining area to seat up to six, a Fourth Bedroom with Queen Bed, and Full Bath with walk-in shower.

LOWER LEVEL: Stairs from the first floor lead to a Bedroom with Queen Bed, en suite Full Bath with walk-in shower, and egress through an exterior door. Laundry Room with double set of washers and dryers. Fantastic entertainment room with overhead projector, dining table to seat six to eight, kitchenette area, and Full Bath with walk-in shower. Far from feeling like a “basement,” this area opens to a covered outdoor area perfect for storing bikes and also featuring an outdoor shower.

GUEST HOUSE: Available for an additional fee, the Guesthouse situated above the garage accommodates up to two additional guests with a combined Living/Dining/Kitchen area with TV and comfortable seating, plus a Bedroom with King Bed and Full Bath with walk in shower stall and heated towel rack.

OUTDOOR SPACES: French doors from the Living Room lead to a covered, furnished porch with outdoor fireplace and wrap-around deck, also accessed from the Kitchen. Thoughtfully landscaped with granite elements throughout, the small yard area features beautifully curated native plantings, a sunken Hot Tub (available for an additional fee), an outdoor Kitchen with wet bar and outdoor seating, and paths connecting the various spaces, perfect for entertaining or quiet evening enjoyment.
