Pat’s Place is a three bedroom cottage on six acres of pine woods facing Norwood’s Cove with views of Causeway Club golf course and Beech Mtn in Southwest Harbor. Open floor plan, built in traditional cottage style with pine walls and open rafters. Just a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants of town center. Second two bedroom guest cottage, named Treehouse, is on the same property and can be rented together or separately.

FIRST FLOOR: Two-story living room with television, fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and guest room with a set of Twin beds, and a full bath. Large Den space with vaulted ceiling and doors to deck. Back corridor leads to a Primary suite with King bed, private bath, sitting area and air conditioning.

SECOND FLOOR: Accessed by a spiral staircase, a third bedroom with Queen bed in loft space with half bath. Just beyond is a small study with a twin bed to serve as a private work space as needed.

OUTDOOR SPACES: House opens onto a wrap-around deck, with paths leading to the water’s edge where there is a small shared shorefront with Adirondack chairs overlooking peaceful Norwood Cove. Lovely gardens and hammock.
