All new hickory hardwood flooring and central heat and air conditioning! This secluded and serene home located on the “Quietside” of Mount Desert Island offers one-level convenience and an open-floor plan layout with many recent renovations and comfortable furnishings. Nestled on a narrow oceanfront cove, the home enjoys beautiful water views through the towering pines. Comfortable for up to eight people, with additional roll-away beds, this home can accommodate up to ten in a pinch for an added fee.

FIRST FLOOR: Spacious Kitchen and updated appliances include a cook top stove and double oven, perfect for the cook in your family! Breakfast bar with seating for four and separate Dining Room large enough to seat eight. Open-plan Living Room with sofa and love seat with sliding glass doors to an expansive deck. To the left, off of dining room, is a Bedroom with California King Bed with semi en-suite Bath and tub/shower combination, also accessible from the Dining Room. On the opposite side of the house are the remaining three bedrooms: a Bedroom with Queen and en-suite Full Bath with shower only, Bedroom with Double bed, and Bedroom with Bunk Bed (Single over Double). These three bedrooms share a Full Bath with shower only.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Spacious deck that is ideal for lounging and enjoying the sunshine (awning available). A few steps nearby you will find a sleek and charming lower deck with fire pit and handcrafted wooden chairs.

EXTRAS: Double oven, pinball machine! Note that there are two roll-away cots if needed.

NOTE: Deeded water access about a 10 minute walk or short drive away with an attractive sandy and gravel beach with good access for launching a kayak, taking a swim, or combing for treasures!
