An historic village in the town of Mount Desert, Hall Quarry is minutes from Echo Lake and Long Pond. Many of Acadia National Park’s offerings are nearby, such as the trails of Acadia, St. Sauveur, and Beech Mountains. The towns of Southwest Harbor, Northeast Harbor and Bar Harbor are all within a ten to fifteen minute drive, and a rich history of the local granite industry has left several picturesque ponds and clearings in the area.

Wonderful location and we really enjoyed the fire pit. It was beautiful looking out over the sound and watching sun rise and loved the moonlight. The Lund’s keep it in immaculate shape and have anything you need there for you use. Coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, spices you name it they had it!
My family had such a lovely stay. Waking up to the views of the sound was so relaxing. There are great hikes nearby and it’s easy to access the park and great restaurants. The house felt like we staying with family—it’s very comfortable with nice features and very clean. Wishing we are still there.
We had a wonderful stay, the back deck was a great place for morning coffee and evening meals, the view of the sound is stunning. The house is very clean and well appointed with charming artwork and a homey feel. The location is very central, making it a great jumping off point to any adventure on the island.
Wonderful property all around! It is well maintained, comfortable, did not have to bring anything but our clothes and food. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, linens etc. Felt like we were staying at our own home away from home. Highly recommend! Loved mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee!
