This room also serves as a Primary Bedroom, featuring a Queen Bed at one end of the room. A picture window overlooks a lovely meadow, which provides an endless display of birds, blooms, and wildlife throughout the season. At certain tides, and in certain season, you can see peeks of the water beyond. A door from this space leads to a small deck with propane grill. Adjacent to this room is a walk-through Laundry Room that leads to a Full Bath with walk-in shower stall. To the south of the entry (on the right) is a well-equipped and attractive Kitchen, also with views of the meadow. Off the Kitchen is a small Office with desk. Just beyond the Kitchen is a formal Dining Room with seating for six to eight, plus a small alcove with a breakfast table and meadow views. This space opens to a formal Living Room, also with a mini-split AC/Heat Pump, with comfortable seating for a quiet evening read or conversation. Adjacent to the Living Room is the formal entry to the house.

SECOND FLOOR: Located in the south wing of the house, the second floor features two bedrooms, one with a King Bed and mini-split AC/Heat Pump, and one with Twins, on opposite sides of a center hallway. These two bedrooms share a Full Bath with Tub and Shower.

OUTDOOR SPACES: A fully fenced in yard is safe for pets and play. Accessed from the Great Room, a small deck features a propane grill, while Adirondack chairs and a picnic table on the lawn serve for outdoor seating and dining. Across the front of the property is a large meadow with peeks of water beyond.
