FIRST FLOOR: Entry leads to a bright expansive Living Room with fireplace and a wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the front lawn and the water beyond. With plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table that can easily seat four to six, plus more with expansion, this space is magical for entertaining, or simply soaking up the view. Just beyond the Living Room is a cozy den with desk areas overlooking the water. To the left of the entry, the Kitchen features updated appliances, plenty of workspace for meal prep, counter seating for four, and washer/dryer units. A half bath (not pictured) is also located adjacent in the entry hall.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom One features a Queen Bed and en suite Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Bedroom Two has a King Bed, water views, and en suite Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Able to be closed off as a separate wing, two bedrooms, Bedroom Three with a Queen Bed and Bedroom Four with a King Bed, share a Full Bath with separate tub and shower stall. Bedroom Four is considered the primary bedroom and enjoys access to a private balcony overlooking the lawn, water, and distant hilltops.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Informal outdoor seating and dining can be enjoyed on the spacious lawn, accessed from French doors in the Living Room.

NOTE: Although private in feel, note that there is a small one-bedroom guesthouse, Periwinkle, sharing the grounds, which would likely be occupied by one to two guests. This sweet guesthouse may also be available to rent for an additional fee. Ask your agent for details!
