Surrounded by a roomy yard that’s safe for play with woods beyond that are home to deer and plenty of birds and other wildlife, this home will provide you and yours with a relaxing and completely private retreat!

FIRST FLOOR: Enter from the drive into the Kitchen with updated appliances including reverse osmosis filtered drinking water, table that seats six, pantry closet, and Laundry room. Comfortable Living Room with wide screen TV. To the left is a Primary Bedroom with Queen Bed and en suite Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Just down the hall from the Kitchen are two Bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. These two Bedrooms share a Full Bath with combined tub and shower.

OUTDOOR SPACES: From the formal entry off the Living Room, enter to a cozy screened-in porch overlooking side yard and woods beyond. Relax with your morning coffee, tea, or evening beverage while butterflies and fireflies dance amid the flowers on the edges of your yard! Spacious deck overlooking a large, protected back yard with picnic table for outdoor dining, a play structure for kids, and flower beds. Don’t be surprised to see a family of deer wander through this open space. And for still nights, cozy up to the fire pit and fire up some s’mores!
