FIRST FLOOR: Enter from the drive into the Kitchen with updated appliances including reverse osmosis filtered drinking water, electric glass-top range, and Laundry room. Comfortable Living Room with door leading to a lovely screened in porch. To the left is a Primary Bedroom and en suite Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Just down the hall from the Kitchen are two Bedrooms that share a Full Bath with combined tub and shower.

LOWER LEVEL: Spacious for storage or serving as a bonus room, the basement is available for tenant use.

OUTDOOR SPACES: From the formal entry off the Living Room, enter to a cozy screened-in porch overlooking side yard and woods beyond. Spacious deck overlooking a large, protected back yard with picnic table for outdoor dining, a play structure for kids, and flower beds. Don’t be surprised to see a family of deer wander through this open space. And for still nights, cozy up to the fire pit and fire up some s’mores!
