Be sure to check out the two companion cottages on the grounds: Rosa Rugosa (2 bdrms) and Water Lily (1 bdrm) to accommodate additional guests.

FIRST FLOOR: Entry from the non-water side of the house opens to a fabulous eat-in kitchen with large table that easily seated eight plus counter seating for two. The Kitchen comfortably opens to a spacious Living Room with cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows overlooking the lawn and shoreline below, large screened TV, plenty of cozy seating, and doors to the front deck. A Bedroom with Queen and shared Full Bath with stall shower also features doors leading to the front deck. Laundry is located in the basement area, and Half Bath located off entry hall.

SECOND FLOOR: To the left of the stairs, a Primary Bedroom features a King Bed, doors to a balcony overlooking the water, and en suite Full Bath with spectacular walk-in glass shower. To the right of the stairs, a Bedroom with two Double Beds and unique window overlooking Living Area and out to the water views. Note that this bedroom would share the 1st floor full bath or the en suite bath in the Primary Bedroom.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Wonderful furnished deck across the front of the house offers pretty views across the water to the mainland beyond as a well as a comfortable spot to dine or relax outside. Nice yard space for safe play, and, best of all – behind the house a luxurious heated pool is available for guests’ use, shared with the other three residences on the property, one of which is the owner’s. The other two residences may or may not be occupied by tenants. A shared fire pit space is also available for tenants’ use. Stairs lead to the protected, kid friendly shorefront, mostly composed of shale, rocky sand, and some ledge.
