Situated on a quiet stretch of a country road, this sweet farmhouse is a great way to enjoy Acadia’s treasures without having to cope with the crowds. Explore some of the lesser known attractions, Lamoine State Park and Marlboro Beach, both of which are a short drive away. And for bird enthusiasts, fire up your “Merlin” app, as the back yard and surrounding woods are alive with birdsong and offer plenty of opportunities for great bird watching!

FIRST FLOOR: Enter from the driveway to a utility/”mud room” where you can leave backpacks, boots, and outdoor gear, and then into the Kitchen with a separate pantry area. Living room with electric fireplace, cozy furnishings, TV, and high top table with windows all around. Dining room with electric fireplace, mini-split AC/Heat Pump (sufficient for cooling the first floor). Sunporch that is perfect for cool evenings away from bugs or a cozy, quiet spot for curling up with a good book! Just beyond the Kitchen is a roomy Full Bath with combined Tub and Shower plus a separate toilet room which also houses the washing machine. Dryer is located in the Mud Room.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom with King Bed, TV, and window Air Conditioning unit. Second Bedroom with King Bed, small Bedroom with single bed (not pictured), Half Bath.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Adjacent to the garage is a charming covered outdoor seating area with fire pit overlooking the large back yard, perfect for safe play. Note that the road next to this property, which leads to the shore, is a private road and not accessible by tenants. Please respect your neighbors’ privacy.
