FIRST FLOOR: Main Entry leads to an open foyer with half bath. Spacious Living Room with two-sided fireplace, French doors leading to front deck, and plenty of comfortable seating. den with TV and pocket doors for noise control. On the other side of the fireplace, a large combined Dining and Kitchen area creates a lovely space for meal prep and enjoyment. A second set of French doors leads to the front covered porch where you’re sure to spend most of your days overlooking the harbor. Laundry and mudroom are adjacent to the Kitchen along with a separate entrance.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Wonderful, furnished covered porch overlooking the water plus second floor balcony. Steep footpath leading to narrow shoreline area. Around the corner from this house is the public boat ramp where one could launch a kayak. For the 2024 season, landscaping will be minimal, but hopefully the beautiful views across the wildflowers will make up for it! Note, too, that the map locator lands on a vacant lot. Google hasn’t yet caught up to this newly built home’s location.
