Enjoy the views across Seal Harbor’s harbor center from the glassed in porch, hop on a bike to access the carriage trails or Park Loop Road just around the corner, or take a ride to your favorite trailhead on the Island Explorer Shuttle from its convenient stop just down the road. This home is a rare find!

FIRST FLOOR: Entry from the driveway leads through a “mudroom” for stowing outdoor gear to a well-stocked Kitchen with breakfast table that seats two. Adjacent to the Kitchen are two rooms: a comfortable and splashy Living Room with mini-split AC unit, TV, gas-powered fireplace, and a Dining Room with table that seats five, six in a pinch. At the front of the house, a three-season porch with wonderful views across the harbor is a great spot to enjoy your favorite beverage and a good book or conversation! The basement, with full size washer and dryer, is accessible from the kitchen. (The stacked washer and dryer in the photo of the kitchen have been removed.)

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with King Bed, water views. The “Seaglass Room” features a Queen bed. The “Horse Room” features a Double bed and mini-split AC unit. Bathroom with combined tub and shower.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Spacious, sloped lawn safe for play. Across the road, a footpath with steps leads to the shore and sandy beach area.
