To the right of the entry, the Living Room features comfortable seating overlooking the wooded area behind the house. This space is combined with the Dining Area that features a table that seats ten to 12 easily. From there, enter the beautifully equipped Kitchen with custom cabinetry and high end appliances, including a double oven, wine refrigerator, and induction cooktop. The Kitchen is open to a lovely space where family can gather to watch TV or keep the cook company during meal prep. Small table seats four for more intimate meals. Or step through the French doors to the furnished deck overlooking the woods. Just beyond the Kitchen is a Laundry Room that leads to a separate side entry through the garage.

SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the stairs, French doors open to the Primary Bedroom with King Bed and a beautiful en suite, spa-like Full Bath with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom with Queen, Bedroom with Twins, and another Bedroom with Queen all share a Full Bath with combined tub and shower off the hallway. Bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans and heat pumps providing cooling air in the summer.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Lovely sun-filled deck with furnishings is perfect for outdoor dining. Just beyond the house is a sweet brook. Nice yard for safe play.
