Poised at the outskirts of charming Northeast Harbor, this sweet home offers a lovely space for five people, six in a pinch, all within easy access to village trails, shops, restaurants, a vibrant library, and marina. With recent renovations and updated furnishings, your stay is sure to be comfortable!

FIRST FLOOR: Entry from the drive leads into a cozy Dining Room with table that seats six. An updated Kitchen with new appliances, stackable washer and dryer, and table for four opens to a comfortable Living Room with wall-mounted flat screen TV and plenty of seating. Sliding doors lead to a deck with new furnishings.

SECOND FLOOR: Stairs lead to a landing with two steps on either side, each accessing the bedrooms. To the right, the roomy Primary Bedroom features a Queen bed and door to a semi-private walk-through Full Bath (not pictured) with combined tub and shower. To the left of the landing are two additional bedrooms, one with a Double bed, and one with Twin Beds.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Accessed by sliders from the Living Room, the back deck features comfortable new furnishings overlooking the back yard. Green fencing separates the property from the adjacent Northeast Harbor Golf Club. Mature woods surround the house creating a cozy, shaded feel to help keep things cool in summer.
