NOTE: Owner will be in residence in the garage apartment adjacent to the house during July and August. Apartment has a separate entrance and breezeway connecting the two buildings. Otherwise, this space has no shared walls with the main house and while the decks are visible from one another, a wall along one side of each deck creates a sense of privacy between them.
