The golf club, private swim and tennis clubs, and village center are all within walking or biking distance.

FIRST FLOOR: If coming to the house by car, the “Woods” entrance brings you to a hallway with stairs leading to the second and third floors. Front Hallway with powder room and comfortable window seat overlooking the front lawn. den with granite fireplace, flat screen television and plenty of seating. Informal Dining/Gathering room with comfortable sitting area and French doors on opposite sides of the room leading out to both the north and south terraces . Step out to the Back Terrace with lovely ocean views and teak furniture or onto the Front Porch furnished with bistro tables, umbrellas and an eating table. The sunny and modern kitchen offers a Viking Cook Stove, modern kitchen appliances and a table for four. A convenient Butlers Pantry connects to the the Formal Dining Room with table that seats eight to ten and French doors to the wraparound porch. The second foyer with powder room and stairs to the second and third floors leads into the Formal Living Room and Parlor, each with fireplace and beautiful views. The Parlor also features water views and French doors leading to the covered porch.

SECOND FLOOR: Halfway up Main Stairwell a sitting porch with chaise and lovely views out to Somes Sound. Bedroom with King bed and private Full Bath with tub and shower. Primary Bedroom with Queen bed and ocean view. Separate Full Bath with tub and shower accessed from hall. Bedroom with King bed and day bed with private Full Bath with tub and shower; hallway to back stairwell leading to kitchen.

THIRD FLOOR: Bedroom with King bed, writing desk and ocean views. Child’s Bedroom with set of Twin Beds and writing desk. Bedroom with Single bed. Bedroom with Double bed. These three bedrooms share two Full Baths: one with combined tub and shower, and the second with a shower stall and nautical decor.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Perfect for observing the boating activity on Somes Sound, the wraparound covered porch is traditionally furnished in well-maintained wicker furniture. A manicured sloped green lawn is on the road side of the house. Note that although there are wonderful views from this home, there is no water access.
